This strategic addition reflects Shaw Development’s continued investment in top-tier OE/OES talent to drive global organic growth across on-highway and off-highway markets.
Bania brings over 30 years of experience across Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Fleet Management, and Connected Services industries. Most recently, as Managing Director at Clarios, LLC, he led go-to-market strategy, monetization, and customer success for the Connected Services business, driving new business models and fostering a customer-focused innovation culture.
His earlier leadership roles at Clarios and Johnson Controls include Managing Director, Heavy Duty/Non-Automotive Global
CBU, where he expanded customer relationships and delivered significant market share gains, as well as Global Product
Line Director, overseeing product lifecycle management and new product development aligned with emerging EV, ADAS,
and connected technologies.
Bania holds a BA in English from John Carroll University and an MBA from Wayne State University, and he currently serves
on MEMA’s Heavy Duty Advanced Technology Council.

Shaw Development Welcomes Travis Roche as Global OE Sales Director
Bonita Springs, FL- October 16, 2025. Shaw Development, a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced sensor technologies and fluid management systems that support the world’s most respected OEM construction, agriculture, transportation, and heavy equipment manufacturers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Roche as Global OE Sales Director.
With nearly two decades of experience in the off-highway and industrial hydraulics industries, Roche brings a deep
understanding of OEM relationships, strategic growth planning, and global sales leadership. His proven track record
of building customer partnerships, driving revenue growth, and navigating complex technical environments makes him
a strong addition to Shaw’s leadership team.
Most recently, Roche served as North American Sales Manager for Bridgestone Industrial Products America, where
he led the development of long-term OEM partnerships across the region, driving consistent growth and tripling the
company’s OE account base. Throughout his career, spanning leadership roles at Bosch Rexroth, Schroeder
Industries/Hydac, and Heavy Duty Specialists, he has developed a reputation for aligning customer needs with
engineering innovation and long-term value creation.

In his new role, Roche will lead the strategic growth of Shaw’s global OEM business, working closely with engineering,
operations, and customer service teams to strengthen collaboration and deliver seamless,
customer-driven solutions.

His expertise in product development and multi-channel automotive supply chain positions him perfectly to lead Shaw Development forward. Prior to joining All Star Auto Parts, Andrew held notable leadership roles at Federal-Mogul and Tenneco. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s in Business from Michigan State University.
